The Turcademy database offered by Informascope has been opened for trial access until November 19, 2023.
Over 11,000 Turkish academic books in different disciplines published by 20 publishing houses in Turkey are made available through the Turcademy database.
Within the Turcademy database, thousands of Turkish books in the form of textbooks and academic books in the Social Sciences and Humanities, Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Fine Arts, Law and Culture Collections meet with users.
In order to view the resources on the Turcademy platform, you must be within the institution's internet network and register to the platform. When you log in to the Turcademy platform within the institution's internet network, you will see your institution name at the top of the main page. In order to register to Turcademy, you need to register with your institutional e-mail address (istinye.edu.tr). When you complete your registration process, you can confirm the activation e-mail sent to your e-mail address and complete your registration process. After completing your registration process, you can log in from the institution's internet network and view 11,000+ textbooks and academic books on the platform for free.
For off-campus access, you can access the "Turcademy" database via the "Databases - Trial" tab on the library homepage.
