The E-Osmanlıca, Wikilala, and Kelime.com databases are available for trial access until November 15, 2026.

E-Osmanlıca is an educational platform consisting of a total of 79 lessons designed to teach Ottoman Turkish using the simplest and most accurate methods. With a gamified system (true/false, matching, multiple-choice, and “write what you see,” etc.) specifically tailored for this platform, E-Osmanlıca is designed to appeal to and teach anyone interested, from ages 7 to 70.

Its content includes:

• Gamified, personalized training from beginner to advanced levels

• The ability to determine your Ottoman Turkish reading skill/level through placement tests

• An educational set consisting of 79 lessons and over 1,000 words, aligned with the university curriculum

• Assessing and evaluating subject knowledge with hundreds of questions across 10 different types

• The opportunity to earn a Course Completion Certificate upon finishing the program

Wikilala is a digital library that allows users to “search” for modern Turkish terms within Ottoman (1729–1928) and Republican Era (1923–2023) texts (newspapers, magazines, books, and documents) published after the invention of the printing press.

Its content includes:

• Newspapers: Over 3 million newspaper pages across 22 categories.

• Magazines: Nearly 2 million magazine pages across 23 categories.

• Books: Over 48,000 books across 36 categories.

• It includes the archives of the Cumhuriyet (1924–2023), Agos (1996–2023), and Aydınlık newspapers.

Kelime.com is a dictionary database that provides information on the language, type, meaning, class, and etymology of the word you’re searching for across dozens of dictionaries in 10 languages; finds synonyms and derivatives of the searched word; enables online translation; and deciphers words that are illegible due to wear and tear or fading.

General Features:

• Indexing the meanings of the word you’re searching for across all dictionaries.

• Finding synonyms, antonyms, phrases, etymological information, meanings, and spellings of words within 820,000 data entries across 10 languages.

• Listing phrases, idioms, and words derived from the word you’re searching for.

• See in which entry the searched word appears and view it in example sentences.

• Use the analyzer feature to decipher words that are worn, erased, or illegible.

• Access detailed information about a word based on the suggestions provided by the analyzer.
