Dear Istinye Family,
We would like to invite you to the third "Open Data Summit" organized by the Open Data and Technology Association.
With the theme "If There is No Data, There is a Crisis!", we will discuss how the use of open data is of vital importance in planning before emergencies such as floods, fires and especially earthquakes, in organization and solidarity afterwards, and during disasters.
In 5 different sessions at the Turkey Open Data Summit; data-based public administration and urbanism, search and rescue and individual survival, uninterrupted communication and access to accurate information, aid and solidarity organizations and protection of critical data will be discussed by civil society and public representatives.
