The TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM – Springer Nature Open Access Agreement, which allows researchers to publish ‘free’ open access articles in Springer Hybrid Journals, has been reactivated as of January 1, 2026, for its third term.
The second webinar of the year will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Updates on journal scope, acceptance criteria, and current quota information will be shared.

This webinar will cover the details of the TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM agreement, including which institutions are participating in the agreement, author & article identification, and specific topics such as the steps authors must follow from the application process to the approval process. Additionally, to assist authors in the article writing process, tips and tricks on how to write a good article will also be included in this special session.
At the end of the webinar, frequently asked questions will be answered in a Q&A session.
