Within the scope of the EKUAL (Electronic Resources National Academic Licence) project carried out by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, the 2025 quotas of Springer Nature and Wiley Read and Publish Agreements have been made available.
Within the scope of the EKUAL project, the Wiley agreement was converted into a ‘Read&Publish’ model covering the period 2023-2025, and the access agreement of Springer Nature's electronic journals was converted into a ‘Read&Publish’ model covering the period 2024-2026.
*No ‘free open access article publishing quota allocation’ is made specifically for the university. Article fee requests for open access publication will be reviewed by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM for approval according to the ‘first come, first served’ rule.
